• A new year brings in a new session at JNS.  The current session runs from January 11 to March 12, 2016.  The classes have not changed, but there has been some shuffling of teachers.  This session the Building To class will be building to Sarvangasana (shoulder stand) for the first half of the session and Sirsasana (head stand) for the last half of  the session.  All classes will run as scheduled throughout the February break.
